- Basic technical data: like most websites, the hosting provider and the third-party services listed below may automatically receive technical data such as your IP address and browser type when your browser loads their content.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information through this website.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your property enquiry and share project details, pricing and availability.
- To arrange site visits and follow up on your interest by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To send you the brochure you requested.
We do not sell your personal information.
Form providers and other third parties
This website is a static website. Depending on how the site is set up, form submissions may be delivered through a third-party form or email service (for example Formspree, Web3Forms or EmailJS). When such a service is enabled, the details you enter are sent to that provider so that they can be delivered to us, and the provider’s own privacy policy applies to how they handle it. If no form service has been enabled, the forms do not send your details anywhere and the site will tell you so and offer WhatsApp or phone instead.
